Love the Densah Burs----a game changer.

Efficient, predictable, minimally invasive.

Emil, great execution and result. Densah make a difference, definitively. I haven`t used my osteotomes since I have Densah burs - till today. HIV patient was referred for implant placement with crestal sinus elevation. To reduce water spray I used Summer`s technique - ouch!
Do drill stopper that you used allow enough irrigation for Densah?
Best regards and thank you for sharing

Thanks

The added irrigation holes provides great water for the bur.

It seems the spinning of the drill with the holes actually sucks the water into the drill flutes.

Emil,

Nice work- As you know I am a big fan of Nova- I utilize in similar fashion now with PRF- no bone chips- works well- what is minimum residual alveolus that you will attempt this with ?

Cheers,

Richard

Thank you Richard.

I would say that 3mm would be my minimum crest height.
