Apical fishing of Guttapercha

Dear members.

sometimes it is difficult to decide to safe a tooth. In this case all 4 front teeth could be replaced by implants, because of the clinical situation. Three of them already had apicos and posts and an apical parodontitis. The tooth substance is gone by previously performed extensive traetment. But when you see the gum situation ( and the attached gingiva is thin ), then you will see that implants could lead in an aesthetic desaster. I decided to treat or retreat all front teeth and try to safe them. In this video you will see, that it can be challenging to remove guttapercha out of the periapical tissue from orthograde. Enjoy
