Very nice result. Which Zirconium Veneers did you utilize?
How was the color managed? Staining?
What cement was used to secure the Veneers?
What Perio crown length was performed? With Laser? GV? Or bone reduction?

Hello doctor Salama. For surgical ,blade number 15 was used and only a small amount of buccal crest of bone was remodeling. The teeth were prepared for full crowns, Considering that the height of the lingual is Shorter than buccal . in the laboratory, base of zirconium was chosen and then ceramic were invested. variolink dual cured cement(viva dent) was used to bind the Crown.

Amir,
Nice result but it looks like the teeth were crowned versus veneers or at least "mini-crowns" since the lingual surfaces show full ceramic. Am I correct? I would also like to see the answers to Dr. Salama's questions.

Hi Dr Shirani
Prior to every esthetic treatment you have to do several analysis such as gingival/dental/facial/dentolabial and phonetic. It seems you have mistaken some of that, thus,in your final outcome there are some points should be considered such as inappropriate proportion of the incisocervical lenght to facial dimension, gingival disharmony and incisal plane. In gummy smile patient ,especially in moderate to severe type,it sould be determined what reasons leading to this situation and based on the factors we decide to plan.In this case I think that vertical excess of maxilla and a little maxilla rotation have occured during growth and maybe the orthosurgury treatment would be the best for patient, however,as a compromised treatment it is an acceptable procedure .

Very nice results sir, did you have to do any root canal treatment to compensate for the malpositioned teeth?
