Patient desired a bone graft FREE and metal free option to tooth replacement of failed molars. PRGF ONLY in multiple sockets followed by 4 months later Zirconium implants were placed and restored and follow radiograph at 4 years...Thoughts? Dr. Salama

No, not really, need special burs and lots of water.

Beautiful case. Did they know that on the periodic table Zr is s metal? I hope they never have hip problems. Good job dr. Salama.

Any reason for bone loss around #30 and mesial #31.
Where can I get the gauge you used for initial drilling?
