What it could be ...???

Dear Colleages
I plan to place implant #30
The CBCT scan show the abnormal radio opaque buccally. I wonder what it could be?
Most of the time the bone volume will be reduced after losing a tooth instead of enlarging.
The patient said that he was chewing on something when his tooth broke. There was no infection and his tooth was extracted 20 years ago in Ethiopia.
Any chance this enlargement is the reaction of the root tip left?
Please help give me your thoughts.
Thank you in advance
