What to do with UL canine?

This patient will be undergoing full ortho to position teeth in ideal locations and fill the missing teeth spaces with implants. I want to know what xp family thoughts are regarding the UL canine? The tooth is asymptomatic and has 1 mobility. Looks like resorption on the x-ray but not detected clinically. (Primary "h" has been extracted.)
Do we: 1) ext and graft
2) Leave it and crown it as a lateral incisor
3) move it orthodontically to attempt to gain more bone and tissue
4) something else

Ortho extrusion as part of full orthodontic therapy would be best. The tooth has internal resorption and would then need to be replaced with implant as part of complete therapy. regards Mo
