Nice case Oscar.
Have you add CTG or Collagen membrane over mesh?
Do you have mesh exposures? On what rate?
Why did you choose this modality instead of GBR or Block Graft or Khoury?

CTG was placed on top of the mesh.
Patient had a GBR before, thought about Khourys technique and BMP, patient preference was for the BMP to avoid a donor site surgery.

8 month after graft, mesh was removed and implant placed, connective tissue graft added for volume and thickness.

6 month reentry after implantation, abutment placed and temporary crown.
