Ben, its hard to critique such nice work, however, I believe a FGG or SCTG would have been of benefit. Even what initially appears to be 2mm of keratinized tissue at Stage 2 will probably not end up as attached tissue and therefore, less protective of the newly regenerated bone. One gets a preview of that with the 2nd premolar region experiencing recession and thin tissue. Overall though, beautiful work and case management.

Thank you Dr Salama. Would you advise doing it now after restorative? I could also still remove the crowns as they are screw retained and do it with healing abutments in place. Thank you again for your reply. Ben
