pt presented in the clinic for periodontal plastic surgery(root coverage),.
A unique , fast and effective way was used to remove the epithelium using a diamond bur (Komet Nr. 909) with a thickness of 1,o mm. at the recipient site.

true, using a diamond bur to de-epithelialise the palate before harvesting the CTG.Simple and fast.

hi Xavier a vacuum form plate (essix) is a simple and effective way to prevent any bleeding after surgery.
