Interesting concept, similarly I've used bone tacks to secure alloderm in the past. But why not stabilize the CTG with sutures to the flap, it would be much simpler? How are the staples placed and secured into the bone, is there a staple gun or are they tapped in?

The thought was Remarkable Dr. Vikto. May be CTG is easier but Titanium staples very much effective too.

Great work done Dr. Viktor Shevchenko. Titanium Staples is more preferable option.
