Asking for possible suggestions of the etiology or just your differential dx for these sub orbital reaction: 4 weeks ago patient had upper right #1
extracted and endo on #2. The reaction first appeared after this visit. (patient states she went home and cleaned a ceiling fan that day). The lesions resolved. The she returned for a crown (on #2) and the lesions came back. She has been to an Optometrist and PCP with no suggestions. She has an appointment with an allergist. These photos were from today (12-20). She has no other symptoms. Non painful. Benadryl had no effect.
Any suggestions?

Steve; I would always ask for PA radiographs to accompany a post like this and for sure a post op CBCT to evaluate. Many possibilities including but not limited to NaOCl solution used for root canal irrigation may have been extruded into the adjacent areas, sinusitis or infection post extraction or from endo? regards Maurice
