Soft tissue tx plan considerations

Patient wants silver of implants covered.

The three tx plan options I can think of are:
1. connective tissue #7-10
2. replace bridge with pink porcelain and smaller teeth
3. explant and start again

Kindly Advise,

Jason

Low lipline so esthetics of soft tissue is not critical but bone loss evident around implants, especially at midline. Would consider removal of central incisor implants and utilize the laterals only with artificial gingiva.

The patient is now in a denture for #7-10.. is there a preference here for CT or Alloderm and what is the technique of choice to cover the implants. I imagine split flap, graft and primary closure over graft

Hello to everyone. I took out the implants of the * 8 and * 9 teeth. bone grafting and soft tissue grafting. for a while I tried to create gum papillae with a temporary bridge. then complete the case with a permanent bridge. Good luck.
