In Anterior/Esthetic
patient came with missing tooth no. 8 with lost horizontal and vertical ridge dimension..teeth no. 7,9, 10 had endodontic treatments...so i decided to make anterior temporary acrylic with ovate pontic and using free gingival onlay graft to augment the ridge vetically and horizontally under pontic...here is the case and the result after 1 month...there is some gain in soft tissue vertically..but still papilla on both sides are at lower level...plz advice if sitll need further soft tissue grafting for papilla reconstruction and plz describe the technique

Omar; Can you add a PA radiograph to your post. Just click edit and replace one of your clinical photos.
It is helpful.

Omar; I'm sorry, the radiograph can not be evaluated due to poor image quality.
I think you can try another CT Soft tissue graft but this time from the tuberosity as it has dense fibrous tissue.
good luck
