Tooth 5(14 )with fistula, extensive decay, and large periapical radiolucency.
5(14) extracted, large granuloma between 5(14) and 6(15) removed, most of the buccal plate, not present Bond Apatite placed to fill the entire defect, occlusal surface covered with collatape dressing which was sutured in place with silk sutures.
After 4 months graft site accessed. found good quality and quantity of bone. The implant placed after densification of osteotomy implant torque in excess of 60 ncm.
