Upper left bridge will be sectioned, #16 will be extracted. Pt needs 2 implants on #13 and #14. I want want to do sinus lift,vertical approach. Is there way to do sinus lift on one site and get bone to fill vertically on both #13 and #14? please see pano below.Thank you

I think this is best handled by a lateral approach sinus graft. Dr. Salama

Robin. The answer to your question is yes it can be done. However, if you need to ask the question, maybe you are not ready for that approach. IMO you should only attempt procedures in which you possess the knowledge and skills to proficiently execute. Otherwise refer to someone who does. Regards. Chuck

Robin. IMO = In My Opinoin. I have had success with HPISE (piezo or wet gauze) and "advanced" Densah protocol. Regards. Chuck

implant #13was placed. i ended up doing lateral sinus lift and wait 6months for implant coze i only have 2to 3mm of bone high.
