Dear. Dr. Maurice. I do this in this way because the patient will not accept any type of graft, human, synthetic or animal in the maxillary sinus. It is a good technique, this time it demands the maximum, to form bone for more than 7 mm, slower to rehabilitate, but an alternative for this type of situations

Did you use PRGF OR CGF in this procedure or just the blood clot at the site of the surgery ?
