These images show a prominent Septa that needs to be carefully negotiated during a sinus elevation procedure. This was accomplished with the help of the LAS kit, some patience and a prayer. Udatta

Very challenging. Do you have other images? Typically I will make 2 separate access points on either side of septum. How did you "lift" schniderian membrane? regards Dr. Salama

I used the LAS kit from Hiossen to create the window, used a piezo tip to create separation and lifted with conventional sinus elevators.
Most other pictures are similar. Hence did not post.
