A simple case of soft tissue profile management

Here is a case where I placed our implant, conditioned the soft tissue, recorded the conditioned tissue and finally supported it with the cervical profile of the transitional zone in mind.
This has been a routine process for me for all of my single and partial edentulous implant cases over the last years.
I made this change my protocols moving away from stock healing abutments as soon as I got familiar and really understood the research available from the late 80s to recent years; when we put the pieces together we can easily understand the importance of proper soft tissue conditioning for all of our cases in our efforts to minimise the prevalence of peri-implantitis in our clinics.
I hope you like it.
