PRGF predictible in your hand?

I used PRGF (BTI) technique on a regular basis for more than 2 years.
The membrane protocol have generated unpredictable results.
I can't produce the membrane on every cases...
I reviewed the technique/products/steps, everyting is done according to the manufacturer protocol.

Does anyone have this type of problems with PRGF ?

I used to have the same problem initially. Now, I am very careful about drawing the precise amount of activator (making sure there are no air bubbles in the syringe) and it is predictable for me now.
