Perimplantitis is unfortunately becoming a daily problem. How do you usually manage these kind of situations?
Autogenous Bone? Biomaterial? 50-50%? Membranes? Tunnel Approach?

So many choices, depending on education, skill level and experience. GBR, Autogenous plates, Ti-mesh, BMP-2 etc. etc. but your tunnel approach with Plates has been impressive or sure. regards Dr. Salama
