Post bone graft implant with narrow ridge....osseodensification?

Jen is a 70 year old that had 27 extracted with socket grafting a year ago. She presents for implant at this time with a narrow buccal lingual width. Is this a candidate for osseodensification or should this have the implant placed and facial augmentation done concomitantly? Current implant in plan is a 3.5x11 Argon medical K3. Reluctant to put a 3.0 in a cuspid. All input greatly appreciated.

Probably both Prep site using versah burs and reappraise I suspect you'll need to supplement bone labially. You could split ridge and expand with manual instruments So many ways of doing this Also dependent upon final restoration and occlusion
