With this treatment modality and excellent work we can reduce crestal bone resorption and gingival recession. I want to ask you did you use a bone substitute around the connection or no need because the case you posted has a good bone quality and quantity what we do with cases of poor bone hight or width

the case I posted had good bone density (D2-D3) and sufficient width so I did not use any bone graft or bone substitute
