Referred for a large swelling or mass in the rostral mandibular
incisal area. Presented w MAL/3, misplaced incisors, and incomplete eruption of the mand canine... The x ray demonstrated the impacted or retained lateral incisor causing bone loss and fluid accumulation. Tx was to surgically extract the affected teeth and removal of the impacted incisor. Some buccal bone was removed and the area was derided to remove any membrane and granulation tissue.
DFDBA and collagen membrane was placed to rebuild the site. The flap was positioned and some gingival tissue excised to get better exposure of the involved canine

The major obstacle is the size of patient. 7# wet .....
