6# dog stepped on by a horse. Complete symphyseal separation, Canine Sub Luxation, Advanced Perio, Tissue destruction...

Mand canine extraction, Transcortical screw fixation, Dentine autologous graft filling defect. No membrane.

7 month follow up. excellent bone remodeling and tissue maintenance.

Screw removal w very stable mandible ( clinical / radiographic )
