Peri-implantitis Management

Hello Goodnight. Just seeking advice on best option for management of this case. 55 y.o female patient with implant replacing #30 done 4 years ago at another office. Started experiencing pain 2months ago and was given abs recently. Clinical Exam 2-3 threads exposed on buccal with thin gingival tissue. No suppuration at present, Deep PD and BOP along buccal, no mobility noted.

Do you think this case will benefit from surgical debridement with implantoplasty and regeneration or should explantation considered?
