Peri-implantitis case

A 70 YO healthy woman had implants for upper overdenture. After about 3 yrs, peri-implantitis developed #13 area implant. It had sinus graft at the time of placement. Soft tissue still there but bone loss with 8+mm probing depth. I was considering either second bone graft or explant/site develop/new implant.
What would be the best in this case? Thanks.

Probably that would be the best option in this case. Thanks for your opinion, Dr Salama.
