hello all. i removed a retained root remnant attempting a lateral sinus. the perforation was large and i only felt comfortable packing it with large prgf clot. i placed a cytoplast ptfe membrane over perforation from retained root and pneumatized sinus. i placed fragment 2 memnrane over that and sutured w/ptfe. that was done 12/2018. can i finish lateral sinus procedure already.
ptfe ised to avoid tearing of membrane upon reentry.
apologies for quality of mobile pic of ct
thank you for your input

More importantly than the PRGF did you rotate and/or advance your flap to gain soft tissue closure of the sinus perforation. I would wait 4 months before re-entry. Dr. Salama
