Six months before upper jaw implant therapy, both sinus floors were lifted. Teeth on the left site were extracted and defects augmented with dentin graft plus PRF. Implant insertion is full navigated, four socket shields are performed. CTG in tunnel technique is used to cover recession on the right lateral incisor and thicken the right central incisor site.

Thank you, my dear friend, I am happy you like it! What I like in this case is that patient has not suffered. Tuberosity harvesting and PET cause hardly pain and swelling.
