Just impressive. Would try next time to piezo and chisel a plate and use as Khoury style. Nice use of palatal bone my friend. Great case. regards Dr. Salama

Thanks Maurice and Yaarob, I like to use Khoury technique, but in this case bone availability was not great. And trephine is so much faster ;) Regards!
