Osseodensification

A tricky case. Couldn't decide whether to do a crestal or lateral window sinus elevation. Chose to place the implant by bypassing the anterior wall of the sinus using Densah drill. The autograft generated got smeared along the distal wall of the osteotomy. The 2 year follow up clearly shows deposition of bone around the treads of the implant on the distal.
