Oral Path Hard Palate

This is a patient who presented with bilateral lesions on the hard palate. Clinically both are hard, bone-like lesions. Between the first photo and the next time the patient was seen, one of them completely went away. The patient reports that the other one has fluctuated in size becoming quite large, resolving almost completely, and growing again. It is non-painful and hard, bone-like.

Does anyone have any ideas what that might be? Thank you.
