Hi
According to dr salama advise,I remove the membrane after 4 weeks. The augmented area is nicely remained but yet it is immature and need much more time to consalidate. Then I applied alloderm collagen membrane to correct my soft tissue and also protect my graft
It would be grateful to hear your comments
best wishes

I like the idea but in a case like this one I would attempt autigenous CTG instead of Alloderm. Now wait 4 months and CBCT and re-evaluate.
Good luck and thanks for sharing.
