In Esthetic Therapy (General)
33 years old man referred to my office with a big dyasema in the maxillary central teeth.in the medical history record , nasopalatal cyst was reported that 2 years ago removed with surgical treatment.in clinically examination , big dyastema with large volumes of bone defect and soft tissue recession was observed.what is your treament plan for this patient? thank you.

I would also like to see the radiographs but is there any factors you feel would prevent an orthodontic solution?
