Not all cases are fancy and with Covid crisis consequences, we are going to see more of them. This patient presented at the beginning of Corona. Only emergency treatments were allowed. The right central incisor was extracted. A few weeks later, mIVAN technique for the atrophic ridge was utilized: GBR in sandwich technique, pedicle connective tissue graft for soft tissue augmentation and for coronal flap displacement reduction. The patient`s situation requires full arch rehabilitation, but not many patients can afford it these days. The implant was placed inside the bone envelope, care was taken about the adjacent implant. Would you have done something differently?

Thank you, Maurice. Do you know that mIVAN is born on this Forum? I posted several cases with this protocol, and realized that I have numerous cases, many of them well documented and followed, with this standardized protocol.
Best regards
