Patient age 32
H/o childhood trauma to upper anterior#9 + severe deep bite.Incomplete root formation in relation to #9.
Patient declined treatment a year ago (hygiene visit).

Exam shows grade 3 mobility+ discharge from 9 and 11.
CBCT shows lesion extending lingual to #10 and 11 and fistula mesio-lingual of #11.
#10 and #11grade 2 mobility.

Tx rendered:Delayed approach
Stage1:Extraction #9+ socket regeneration with PRGF+Allograft
Stage2: Implant #9
Stage3 Restorations and Ortho treatment.

Final Ceramic Restoration was completed post 4 months of temporization.

Tried to post most of the images, was not sure why system did not pickup my CBCT images. Have to post multiple times. Wish to hear experts thoughts.

Any surgical images? You can post 6 images to start each post. They must be JPEG. Dr. Salama

No buccal flap for the case, extraction #9 and flap lingual between 10 and 11 to access the lesion and curettage.
This way i could preserve the buccal gingival contour.
Hope this helps how I managed the surgery.
