Patient concerned about lower centrals' gum recession. Hx of Ortho tx. Minimum keratinized gingiva remaining. Any suggestions on which tx is more predictable? FGG/CTG tunnel/ Zucchelli bilaminar CTG/pinhole?
Thanks !

Regardless of technique, root coverage will be limited by the remaining interproximal height of bone IHB (Miller Classification). I would do a standard CTG or CTG tunnel here but accept less than ideal root coverage as a final result. Dr. Salama

Thanks very much Dr. Salama for your kind advise. I told the patient that stabilizing the tissue is the goal and root coverage is unexpected.
