hello dear colleagues in this forum, patient is a 43 years old female physician that had history of periapical lesion and traumatic extraction in left maxillary lateral. we have a large buccal bone defect in this area that treated with titanium mesh and allograft and after 4 months implant placement. also canine had a rotation that we decided after impalnt insertion , rct canine and correct rotation with crown to divide this space between lateral implant and canine.
