Wow, Andoni, it looks huge!
Doubtless, made for eternity.
I would utilize Densah burs for implant site preparation to keep the implant inside the bone envelope and add veneer grafting.

Thanks Snjezana, There was abundant and good quality bone, didn't feel the need for densah here. I rather use normal drills and see what kind of bone is coming out with the drills. Venner grafting is an option, I just added CT. Thanks!

Hello Grace, No membrane was used! It's the beauty of this technique, don't need one. A membrane can actually reduce blood supply to the graft, can be counterproductive. You need a membrane for biomaterials, but not for autogenous. Thanks!
