Improving keratinized gingiva around abutment.

On a nice case, we can see a keratinized gingiva defect plus mucogingival line too close to one abutment. Prior to impressions, we have to improve this site.
An Apical Advanced Flap will work here, but we want to maintain the abutment covered so I mixed with tuberosity graft. This graft was partially deepithelized to be covered by the AAF. Images are self describing. See difference between before and after situations.
Regards.
