Woman of 62 years old came to the office with a partial edentulous maxilla and looking for a safety and quick solution. Before the surgery, the case were digitalized and immediate implants were planned using a CTBC. 8 implants were fixed in the upper maxilla and captured with PICDental®. The provisional restoration was designed with EXOCAD® for 6 implants and made of a CAD/CAM polymer (POM).

The implant survival after 4 years is 100%. The final restoration was made of ceramic and the metal structure were milled with a Laser Cusing® machine.
