If it is an economic problem for the patient then bleaching, micro-abrasion and cosmetic contouring could make a nice difference. But ideally, you could make a much better difference by using Invisalign to straighten the teeth and while doing so bleaching the teeth nightly using the appliances to do so. And a third possibility would be to consider bonding after doing the first treatment if the stains do not come out sufficient enough.
