How to manage displaced MGL

In Anterior/Esthetic
Young male patient (22 years old) received an implant with GBR. Flap displacement was done. Now it is healed but the mucogingival line was displaced and there is a lack of KT. Volume is ok for the bone but the appearance of soft tissue is deficient. I wonder what would be your opinion to the best management of this case.
Thank you
