In Soft Tissue Enhancement
Right central incisor extracted six months back due to accident. Xive 3.8mm diameter implant with healing abutment was placed 2 months back without any bone grafting. Two weeks post op picture reveals soft tissue deficiency. What to do to achieve soft tissue esthetics and the treatment plan for the rest of the upper anteriors?

CTG Tunnel Technique on labial of implant. Replace over retained deciduous teeth and replace with implants as needed. Perform crown lengthening on teeth in canine and premolar positions to add length and esthetics.

Thank you Dr.Salama. Patient would like to retain the deciduous canines for the time being and has already been advised for implants.

Yes, definitely. Also possible crown lengthening of adjacent Central Incisor.
