Help planning sinus lift

Hello all,
I'm planning sinus augmentation left side via lateral window. Note the mesial extends far anteriorly over the premolars. ANy tips on elevating the mesial portion so as to avoid perforation? Would you carry the window above the roots to the mesial wall?
Thanks

Jason; There are some EXCELLENT presentations on Sinus Augmentation on Dentalxp. Did you review them? Are you a premium member? This alone is well worth your investment. Just click Sinus in upper right Search bar....
As for your case, no need to extend your access over the premolars...this case may benefit from a CBCT. Access can be performed in several approaches that you feel comfortable with including, Piezo, neurosurgical drills, diamond burs, hydodynamically etc. etc. Good luck. Dr. Salama
