Thanks for sharing Dr. it seems to be a nice planificación. Did you consider doing ortho treatment to improve the contralateral canine and occlusal curves and overbite?
I think that occlusal stability may improve long term prognosis of Thur implants.
Just an opinion my friend!

Hello Dr. Jose : The patient is 55yrs of age. Had a long span bridge in there that survived for almost 20 yrs. This occlusion is absolutely stable. Therefore, there was no consideration of ortho. If you notice first molar is holding his vertical. He was given a temporary bridge with implants & without implants for months to figure out this issue.
