Grafting of a Maxillary anterior defect .
This case reflect patient neglect to treat an apical infection related to tooth no 10 , the apices expanded invading bone and resulting in a huge defect which included , the left central No (9) and the right canine No (11) as well .
Treatment plan was :
To cleaned defect out very well , extraction of the canine if involved , grafting and a collagen membrane fixed by tacks , treatment procedure was conducted , flap release and sutured.
