pt presented in the clinic for implant placement as you can see from the initial clinical picture the pt. had not the ideal bone thickness and soft tissue volume.in this case i did the implant placement with simultaneously bone grafting and manage to thicken the soft tissue by rotating the palatal CT and place it to the buccal site.
