This case took almost 15 months to complete from start to finish. 57 Y old male patient, heavy smoker who had just quit a few months prior to presenting to my office. wanted a fixed restoration for missing teeth in the upper right and left posterior quadrants. on the left quadrant patient had missing teeth 25-27. with a residual bone height of 1-1.5 mm. treatment involved a lateral sinus lift, 9 months after 3 dental implants were installed, 4 months later the implants were restored with a cement retained PFM bridge. discussion and comments are welcome.

initial presentation
pre operative CBCT

sinus window creation
grafting with biooss
