In this clinical case I had to manage an hopeless lower molar, so after extraction I had no buccal bone at all and a lot of tissue into the socket.
I've decided then to keep that tissue and go ahead with a socket reconstruction using fibrin glue mixed with biomaterial (FIRST) and finally suture it above the graft.

Baseline and Extraction
Moving the tissue from inside the socket to outside
