Direct composite for a hard class 5 case >
After i finished , i realized that may be glass ionomer restoration ( less pedant isolation )or even extraction !! well be a preferable plan
What do u think ,drs??

Glass ionomer would be prudent here and you lose nothing to attempt it....you can always extract later on if needed. regards Dr. Salama

Glass ionomer is the best option in that moment and extraction is the last option.

I typically choose resin modified glass ionomer for these type restorations but in the photo shown it appears as if the pulp canal is exposed. If so I would use a product like Vitrebond and then the restorative material over it.
